Placing an Order
Telephone orders can be placed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders received before 12:00pm will be processed the same day.

In order to open an account with Innovation Diagnostics Inc., please provide the following information:
- Company Name as it should appear on the invoice.
- Complete shipping and billing addresses.
- Your Name, telephone number, and email address.
- A contact name and email address in the Accounts payable department.
- Complete a credit approval form.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from invoice date. You will only be charged for products shipped. Products placed on back order will be charged when shipped. All instrument orders are subject to prepayment (50% of total invoice). Remaining balance is due at instrument delivery. Quoted prices do not include shipping and taxes.
Innovation Diagnostics Inc. can process payments through VISA, MasterCard, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and Company Checks. New clients are required to prepay each order by credit card prior to shipment.
Shipping Terms
Goods are shipped within 24 to 48 hours depending on product availability. Freight charges are FOB SaintEustache, Quebec. Minimum shipping charges are 45$ and includes shipping and handling. For on-site pickup, handling fees of 18$ will still be charged.
Resale Policy
In the absence of an express written agreement to the contrary, all products are sold by Innovation Diagnostics Inc. for the exclusive use of the purchaser and are not to be resold.
Order confirmation
Written confirmation of a telephone, fax, e-mail or internet order is not required. However, if confirmation of an order is sent, it should be prominently marked “Confirming Order. Do not duplicate.
Return Policy
All items returned must have received authorization from Innovation Diagnostics Inc., before credit is issued. Credit is issued after receipt of the returned item(s). Any claim for credit or return goods request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
If an error by Innovation Diagnostics Inc. results in the shipment of an incorrect order, Innovation Diagnostics Inc. will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement at no charge, or credit your account for the purchase price of the original product shipped in error plus shipping charges.
If an error by you results in the shipment of an incorrect order, the product is unopened and is reported to Innovation Diagnostics Inc. within 7 days, you may obtain a Return Authorization that is subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Limited warranty
Before ordering, we recommend that you review specifications of the product as published in the product insert available on our website or call and request a copy from Innovation Diagnostics Inc. Product inserts on the website reflect, in general, the applications and conditions for use. Products should be used in accordance with the insert shipped with the product. Innovation Diagnostics Inc. reserves the right to change product specifications without prior notification.
Instruments are covered by a one-year limited warranty unless specified otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Innovation Diagnostics Inc. its directors, officers, employees, representatives and assigns (collectively, “Affiliates”) harmless from and against any and all costs, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from any claim, suit, action, or proceeding brought by any third party against Innovation Diagnostics Inc. or its Affiliates alleging or arising from or related to any breach of these Terms & Conditions by you. This paragraph survives expiration or termination of your account or these Terms & Conditions.
Innovation Diagnostics Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Please note that delivery of 3M Food safety products in the USA is not available from this website.
