InstantBags MacConkey broth (2 X 5 liters)

The enrichment broths UVM (University of Vermont) involve a 2 step process, leading to a higher degree of isolation of Listeria monocytogenes in meat products (including poultry).  

UVM 1 enrichment broth allows for primary enrichment of Listeria.   

InstantBag® are available in boxes of 2 X 5 or 3 X 3  litres. The formulation of our broths do respect the Canadian Compendium and FDA guidelines.

• A needle connector (Instantplug) is used for the efficient transfer of media through a Gravimetric Dilutor or other peristaltic system.
