Reveal® 3-D Gluten

Reveal 3-D for Gluten is Neogen’s new lateral flow gluten test that streamlines qualitative gluten testing and optimizes the users’ experience. This test offers a new testing method for measuring gluten content in both food products and ingredients.

This test standardizes the test procedure into a simpler, easy to follow format, which facilitates your training and your process. This test also standardizes the detection limit of gluten, allowing for increased consistency.

The Reveal 3-D Gluten Test kit contains the following:

• 1 instruction manual
• 1 sealed foil pouch, containing 10 green Reveal 3-D for Gluten devices
• 1 bottle of swab wetting solution
• 10 bottles containing 20 mL of Extraction Buffer
• 10 individually packaged, sterile swabs with break-off tips

The extraction of food samples requires the following:

• 3-D Gluten Food Buffer (Item Number 8503)
• Graduated 50 mL polypropylene test tubes (Item Number 6288)
• 400 uL Exact Volume pipettes, bag of 25 (Item Number D2039)
• Vortex (Item Number 9494)
