LM1 calibration / repair services

Innovation Diagnostics offer LM1 Luminometer calibration services. We recommend calibrating your LM1 luminometer on a yearly basis. Please choose below if you only require your instrument to be calibrated or if you prefer renting a loaner while your instrument is being serviced.

Here is the procedure to have your LM1 calibrated:

• Send a purchase order to our customer service, at orders@innovationdiagnostics.com  with the serial number of your instrument.
• Once the PO is received, we will request from Neogen a Loaner unit to be shipped at your location. (If you chose to rent a loaner while your unit is being serviced).
• Once you receive the loaner unit, you can then send us your LM1 luminometer to be calibrated / repaired at the address mentioned below. Please make sure you synchronize your LM1 before sending it for calibration as all data will be lost during the calibration process.

• Once your instrument is calibrated / repaired, it will be returned to you with a calibration certificate. If you had received a loaner unit, it can be shipped back at the address stated above.
