To be used with Bacillus Cereus Agar (Acc. to Mossel) BK116HA.
In compliance with regulatory requirements, a USDA permit (VS 16-3) is mandatory for shipments from Canada to the USA due to the inclusion of peptone, an animal byproduct.
Into each 90 ml vial of base media, aseptically add 10 ml of sterile egg yolk emulsion with Polymyxin B (BS05508).
Mix well.
